Paul Phillip

Paul has oversight responsibility for CLA budgets, acts as financial consult to the dean, develops and maintains the college and dean's office budgets, acts as a liaison between the college and university-level budgetary entities, works with the department staff to develop financial process, serves as consultant to academic department heads on financial matters, and provides reports of financial information to assist departments in their understanding of the budget process.
Paul has been at Washington State University since 1986 and has worked in the dean's office since 1998.
