Lisa McMullen
Lisa McMullen is budget/finance manager in the Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures and has been employee relations manager (25%) for the College of Liberal Arts since January 1, 2004. She holds an M.B.A. for business, government, and not-for-profit management from Willamette University and a B.A. cum laude from Washington State University in business administration with an emphasis on human resources / management.
As Employee Relations Manager, Lisa is responsible for providing and coordinating a variety of human resource functions and related administrative direction and counsel in the areas of recruitment, employment, classification, compensation, organizational structure, grievance and complaint resolution, performance management, affirmative action, diversity, disability accommodation, and employee and labor relations for the College of Liberal Arts.
