College Recognition Awards
Each year the College of Liberal Arts celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of its faculty and staff through an annual awards ceremony.
Beginning in 2010, CLA faculty will be recognized for their exemplary contributions in the areas of research and creative activities, teaching, and professional and institutional service. Administrative professional and classified staff members will be honored for demonstrating excellence in their position responsibilities, which may range from general departmental and college support to academic advising to information technology services.
To ensure that nominations are given full consideration by the CLA Awards Committee, please read carefully through the nomination guidelines and the award criteria and eligibility.
All nomination packets for CLA awards must include a CLA nomination cover sheet, which is available in both PDF and DOC format by clicking on the relevant link at left. The links also provide descriptions of the awards, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and information about the nomination materials requested for each award.
